We are happy to deal with your return.
1. Fill out the online returns form below within 7 days of receipt of goods.
2. Wait for Customer Service to send you a return authorisation number. This enables us to identify the item being returned and the reason for the return.
3. Pack and send the item to us with the return authorisation number clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
4. Once your item has been safely received and its condition checked, you will be issued an exchange or refund.
5. An item returned without an authorisation number will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
